Boone Angler is seeking a Partnership Manager to lead strategic relationships within the fly fishing industry. This role focuses on developing and managing key partnerships with brands, outfitters, retailers, and conservation organizations to drive growth, brand visibility, and business expansion. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, strategic partnerships, and the outdoor industry, with a passion for fly fishing and a deep understanding of the market.

Requirements

Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to expand Boone Angler’s network within the fly fishing and outdoor industries.

Identify and secure collaborations with brands, manufacturers, retailers, outfitters, and conservation groups.

Negotiate and manage sponsorships, co-branding opportunities, and affiliate relationships to drive revenue and brand engagement.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate partnerships into campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
